With the lowest price per square foot, this area is perfect for those looking for bigger homes on larger lots. This "Magic Zip Code" as 90% of the homes here have a Scottsdale zip code, but are within Phoenix city limits. That means lower taxes and utilies, more flexible zoning and a much easier building permit process. The excelling school districts, close proximity to great shopping and entertianment make this a hot area. The current annual appreciation is 7.9%.
